Taking place in scenic and historic Jackson, New Hampshire, we will attempt to place ourselves in the mindset of the great American Landscape landscape Painters of the 19th Century.By painting in locations actually portrayed by the Hudson River School, we will discover a deeper understanding of how these artists approached the challenge of rendering the landscape before them. This workshop is open to all levels, and will address compositional sketching, light and atmosphere in grisaille, and outdoor painting in color. Download Full Course Description and Materials List
